As a Trust providing education for the public benefit, our main regulator is the Department of Education, via the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA).  We are also required to both charity law and company law, along with all other relevant UK legislation.  Our regulators require us to publish a number of statutory documents, which are provided on this page.
